Project Management

The provision of subject matter expertise including pro-active problem solving of events, challenges and issues (including the arranging and management of third parties). Independent interface management, of individual packages or the complete project lifecycle, including responsibility for performance and budgetary control:

  • Independent interface management covering bespoke packages or full CAPEX/OPEX projects.
  • Performance management approach including time schedule and comprehensive understanding of operational durations.
  • Project infrastructure i.e. systems, procedures and process maps.
  • Adherence to Business and Quality Management Systems.
  • Management of close-out, capture of lessons learned.
  • Recommendation, advisory services and subject matter expertise:
    • Interfacing with significant parties to provide technical solutions.
    • Advising with project documents and management of.
    • Incident and Risk Management including complete reporting of.
  • Liaising with all stakeholders (such as Marine Warranty Surveyors) and authorities (permitting and approvals):

    • License management, supporting of licenses.
  • The management of multiple engineering scopes during the pre-construction and/or installation phases.
